Shoot, I bet that's me (only 6 min after your post, what bad luck I have). I'm Megan, live in Lynnwood, Wa, found you through L&D (not sure how I found them...likely FRUA). I adopted three years ago a 9yr old boy, and I'm thinking about going back...we'll see. I read usually twice a day (am and pm) or whenever my kids let me sit down (there's three of them 6,7,12). Good luck with court.

I wish we were going to be in Moscow at the same time! I will be leaving next Friday (oh my goodness!) for court on Monday and Tuesday. Your "Bag Lady" post made me realize how behind I am and how much I have to do! I am so thankful for all the lists I've seen lately - what a HUGE help!

I can't wait to hear about your travels around the world!

Hi, Am MMT, and think I have posted here before. We are not officially in the process of paperwork. However, we have made the decision to adopt two girls from Russia and have spent the last three months reading virociously about agencies, the reaccreditatoins, etc. We live on the East Coast and Lauren as in Lauren & Marco has been such an inspiration to us in the beginning stages. I love your blog and check it twice a day. It helps me manuver to other russian adoption blogs by using your links. I do not know about blogging yet but will once we're official. Thanks for sharing and blessings on the rest of your journey. MMT

10057 here... it's just me checking in to see what's moving in your world today. I'm excited about your upcoming trip to bring your children home!

Definitely not me, Anna from San Juan, PR - since there are 7 other comments prior to mine, including click 10,057. But I'm game to share some info: Why I read your blog? Russian adoption holds a special place in my heart. We had just sent our completed dossier to Kursk in Oct 04 when our agency's accreditation expired. 9 months later, after a lot of heartache, frustration and paperwork, our son joined us via domestic adoption (he turns 1 on Friday!) How often do I check in? Your blog is one of my favorite breaks during the day, so I usually check in the am and pm - Hope these next weeks fly by and you are home with your children soon!!!!

Checking in from Novosibirsk. We leave at 8 in the morning for the drive to the baby home and are anxious about meeting our girls again. Have been reading your blog almost daily for the past month.

Cheers,

Well I'm far from 10,000 at this point but I thought I'd weigh in anyway. I'm Shelby and I'm a Lushie (Suzanne knows what I mean ;) ). My husband and I are in the paperchase process of adopting from China. I love to read adoption blogs, esp. from people I "know." I admit I'm on your email notification so I only visit when you've got something new. So close now--give Andy and Juliana huge hugs from us!

Hi, Suzanne:

I'm still trying to keep up with you and am rejoicing that you're finally going to get your Russian children, remembering what we went through with Bethany. I check in here once in a while -- I have FeedBlitz sending me new posts -- and I try to keep up through those. We have finally left Colorado and are sweltering in Houston; I'm seeing a new spine surgeon on August 14th, and maybe one of these days, Lord willing, we'll dig out our paperwork and start the paperchase again!

You're in my thoughts and prayers,
Amanda Gilmore

I just found your blog about 2 weeks ago, I'm a new lurker. I visit blogs about 3 times a day, so yours is in my travels. I'm clicker 10331 so I'm not 10000 ... but I would've like to have been.

How exciting and scary at the same time what you're about to do. Best wishes and have a great time.
