News about Why No News

Just heard from our agency that they have not yet heard from the Russia side which probably just means that they are having email troubles. When it is morning in Russia, phone calls will be placed. I thinking we'll hear late this afternoon.

I did learn the trick for getting news though: fill the tub with your best Lush bubble bath, the one you hoard. Get in. Email will arrive.

Whew, well at least you know a little more and your thoughts of "what if" can subside for a while. Hope you hear something quickly, though!

Nothing like walking away from the computer for a few minutes to make things happen.
Glad you heard some news. I am relieved for you all. Hope to hear the good news in a few hours.

Ok, so this waiting (compulsive email checking) may get me fired, but sounds like you have a few hours of waiting and I can actually get some work done!

here's to some good news tonight!

Maybe if you stay in the bath all day you will hear more quickly? Or do something else tricky... start cooking a very complicated dish, dye your hair, paint the phone into a corner.... what else would be a disaster to be interrupted by a phone call? Get busy! I can't wait to hear!

Of course I had my laptop in the bathroom with me and dripped all over it to read the email and forward it to my co-waiters. It's fine and it smells like Jasmine now.

So how many hits have you had this week?
That's funny that you took your laptop with you to the shower. I would do the same thing.
So you think someone will make a movie about us?

I think it is time for the big guns: let the goats escape, bats fly free in your house and bunnies have a free for all on your leather furniture. With all of that to deal with, surely you'll hear then!

Still waiting with you, my friend.

er
I meant 9000 grand total, accomplished this week. Not 9000 this week.

(oops)

If we don't count Washington (Lisa and my MIL) the contenders by state are:

Oklahoma
Georgia
Texas
Maryland
Alaska
Tennessee

yeah, I'm at work now so not only am I an unproductive member of society and getting paid for it, I am now driving up my own stat counter. Woo Washington!

Good idea. Handsome black kitties bring good luck you know, along with the occasional dead mouse.

So, nice job on knocking out 9000 in a hot hurry ladies. If only we could force court dates by the diligence of our clicking. Though it did seem to work for Lisa's DHL package.
